Let’s Talk About How You Use Our Site
Updated On: May 27, 2025
Thanks for checking out our website and services (we’ll just call them our “Stuff” from time to time here). When you use our Stuff, you’re agreeing to follow these rules. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use our Stuff.
We might update these rules every now and then, so it’s a good idea to peek at this page occasionally. If you keep using our Stuff after we’ve updated the rules, that means you’re okay with the changes.
Maybe grab a printout of these rules for your records?

1. Using Our Stuff
Our “Stuff” includes our website, any other sites we link to, any apps we have, and everything you can see and do there. When you use our Stuff, make sure you’re following all the local, state, and international laws that apply.
2. Who Owns What
Everything you see and use on our Stuff – the words, pictures, logos, code, and all that jazz (“Our Content”) – is either ours or we have permission to use it. It’s protected by copyright, trademarks, and other legal stuff.
We’re letting you check out our Stuff for your personal, non-commercial use. You can even print one copy of something for yourself. But if you want to copy it, share it, change it, show it off publicly, or use it to make money, you need to ask us first in writing.
3. What You Promise Us
By using our Stuff, you’re telling us that:
- You’re old enough to agree to these rules.
- You’ll follow all the laws.
- You won’t use any robots or other automated ways to get into our Stuff.
- Any info you give us is true and accurate.
4. Things You Shouldn’t Do
Please don’t:
- Use our Stuff for anything illegal.
- Mess with our website or servers.
- Try to get around our security.
- Upload anything harmful like viruses.
- Grab other people’s personal info.
- Send spam or try to trick people.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Put our website on another site without asking.
5. Your Contributions
If you post things like reviews or comments (“Your Contributions”), you’re giving us permission to use, change, and show them off however we want, anywhere in the world, forever. You also promise that what you post is okay and doesn’t break anyone else’s rules.
6. What We Can Do With Your Stuff
When you share Your Contributions, you’re saying you either own it or have the right to let us use it. You’re also letting go of any special rights you might have over it, as much as the law allows.
7. Keeping Things Running
We might keep an eye on what’s happening on our Stuff and we can remove anything that breaks these rules. We can also stop you from using our Stuff if we think you’re not playing by the rules.
8. How Long This Lasts
These rules are in place until either you or we decide to end things. We can stop you from using our Stuff at any time, for any reason. When that happens, your right to use our Stuff goes away.
9. If Things Change or Stop
We can change, pause, or even stop offering our Stuff (or parts of it) whenever we want, without telling you beforehand. We’re not responsible if that causes you any problems.
10. The Legal Stuff (Where the Rules Come From)
These rules follow the laws of the US, without considering which state’s laws might apply otherwise.
11. Sorting Out Disagreements
If we have a disagreement, we both agree to try and talk it out for 60 days first. If we still can’t agree, we’ll go to arbitration in the US following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. One person will make the decision, it’ll be in English, and that decision can be used in any court that has the authority. We both agree not to do any class-action stuff.
12. Oops! (Corrections)
We might fix any mistakes on our Stuff at any time without telling you.
13. Our “As Is” Disclaimer
We’re providing our Stuff as it is, and we don’t promise it will be perfect or work exactly how you want it to.
14. Our Limits on What We’re Responsible For
As much as the law allows, we’re not responsible for any indirect problems that might happen because you use our Stuff.
15. You’ve Got Our Back
You agree to protect us from any claims or costs that come up if you break these rules or how you use our Stuff.
16. Your Data
You’re in charge of the stuff you share with us. We’ll keep certain info private based on our Privacy Policy, but we’re not responsible if your data gets lost or messed up.
17. Getting in Touch Electronically
By using our Stuff, you’re okay with us sending you emails and other electronic messages, which counts as us telling you in writing.
18. Other Important Bits
These rules are the whole agreement between us about you using our Stuff. If part of these rules isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a rule right away, that doesn’t mean we can’t later.
